Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
Real food, real life — no perfect diets, no guilt.
How I think about it
Most of us already half-know what we "should" be doing. The hard part is making it actually fit a real life — work, family, energy that comes and goes, and the food you genuinely enjoy. So I'm not here to hand you a rigid plan you'll have abandoned by Thursday. I'm interested in small, doable changes that stick, built around how you really live.
I trained as a nutrition and lifestyle coach, with a background in food studies, and I look at the whole picture — not just what's on your plate, but sleep, movement, stress, the lot. They're all tangled up together, and they're far easier to shift when you treat them that way.
What working with me looks like
Before we meet, I'll ask you to fill in a short consultation form and keep a three-day food diary — just an honest snapshot of a few normal days, no need to tidy it up for me. If you're curious about the detail, I can run it through professional nutrition software (Nutritics) to see what your diet is actually giving you.
Then we sit down together, go through where small improvements could make a real difference, and build you a plan that's realistic and sustainable — something you can keep going with long after our sessions end. Often it isn't a big overhaul at all; a few well-placed tweaks can change how you feel more than you'd expect.

Balance, not Perfection
A quick word on this, because it matters to me. A lot of people picture health as some unreachable ideal — the perfect diet, never tired, never off-track. It isn't that. Real health is balance: between effort and rest, nourishment and enjoyment, doing well and being kind to yourself. We're aiming for something you can live with happily, not a fresh set of rules to fail at.
